Our mission is to create a better future by focusing on the best asset available in our culture: males ages 14-24. God has specifically called out and asked that we follow in His steps of being a father to the fatherless. However, males and females of all ages can get involved and benefit and be honored here for the greatness in you, as well.  With your help we can become the best youth development resource in North America.

Started in Lexington, KY, this movement is grassroots for sure, built on relationships here in the community. But with the reach of technology, we have the means to help more young warriors grow, and model ways to achieve more, earn more, have stronger relationships, and positively touch your community.

Part of the concept here is that as we learn and grow, we want to show you the process so you can see our techniques, our mistakes, and our progress.  The blog, physical products like the shirts, and digital products like online trainings, even branding and sales...the point is to use it all for good and always include the chance for someone to grow or learn from it, whether it's business or relationships.

I’m very excited to introduce this new content to you, and I’m confident that the way God wired me has resulted in some unique thoughts that will truly add value to your life.  I think about these ideas all the time, and I see the incredible way that joy, meaning, and results are increased when these elements come into play in your life. Showing Up in a Big Way: There’s no bigger guarantee of mediocrity for your life than refusing to do your best in every situation.  Identify the skills you need to master and practice hard when no one is watching, so you can do well when someone is. Don’t underestimate the push it will take with your inner game and your outer performance to get to the next level.
Joining Great People: I’ve heard it said that if you admire someone, strive to become his equal.  Spending time around people who have great dreams on their hearts is a blessing. They may be stronger, faster, or wiser than you, but they also have a lot to share, just like you.
Service to Others: I don’t believe we find our purpose and make a difference sitting at home meditating about it. We are built to go out and build, and to serve others.  Everyone is going through a particular challenge when we meet them. If we grow relationships with a mindset of service, it reveals what is great in everyone involved.
Dreaming Big Dreams: You need fuel in your tank.  If you’re going to live out all the above elements, you will need a burning desire to do things that will be impossible without some vision that’s pulling you forward.

This movement is about a tribe of people seeing and calling out the greatness in each other. In my mid-thirties, I've had the blessing to meet some great brothers and sisters who have so much talent, wisdom, and life experience to share. You'll meet and hear from some of them here on the website, and on the Facebook page. As you grow and become more powerful, you may even end up on a podcast episode or article yourself, or become a contributor, helping others get to where you are.
